Eine sehr schöne Biographie. Wer ihre Bücher liebt erfährt hier einiges an Hintergründen zu deren Entstehung und auch über Agatha Christie selbst. Ich habe das Buch mit großem Interesse gehört und kann es nur empfehlen.

This audiobook is my absolute favourite ever. I never knew anything much about Agatha Christie, and it was really interesting and fun to find out about her life in her words (at least I hope not much was changed from her version I guess). She had such an interesting and exciting but difficult and ever very much changing life, it is just amazing to hear about it. I also just adore Judith Boyd and want to thank her from all my heart for her great storytelling which makes the stories she tells come to life. Just a perfect match narrator and author in this case. So as you can read, my heart belongs to this audiobook, I will listen to it over and over in the years to come, to just know every little thing said in it, because I also think, I can learn so much for my life from it, too. So thank you to all responsible for this wonderful treat, and I hope many people will listen to it.

Wundervoll

Viel mehr als Poirot oder Miss Marple. Es ist, als würde man seiner Oma im Lehnstuhl gegenübersitzen, während sie von ihrem bewegten, faszinierenden Leben erzählt.
Ein ganz ganz tolles Buch von einer wunderbaren, selbstbewussten und feinfühligen Frau, erzählt von einer wunderbaren Sprecherin. Vielen Dank für die schönen Stunden!
