intelligent, profound, laconic, fine, empathic! love it, listened it more times! although sober 5 years, was very useful for dealing with cravings, thoughts, difficult situations! I think, once you listen to this book, you'll never drink alcohol, or if, with completely different awareness!

Very helpful. One of the best quit lit books. The speaker, though, is trying way too hard to emphasise and to speak clearly, which I find irritating.
