Ein unterhaltsames Buch, vor historischem Hintergrund. Wer Action erwartet, sollte aber woanders suchen. Hier wird eher auf Charakterentwicklung und Spionage gesetzt.
Der Schreibstil ist angenehm und leicht verständlich, und die Handlungsorte lebendig und glaubhaft beschrieben.
Einen kleinen Punktabzug gibt es dafür, dass eine wirkliche Handlung nicht vorhanden ist, sondern eher das tägliche Agentenleben beschrieben wird. Trotzdem schafft es der Autor aber, dass das Buch nicht langweilig wird.
Der Sprecher ist grundsätzlich sehr gut, stolpert aber leider oft über die Aussprache deutscher Wörter.
