In a calm and peaceful tone (I personally struggled with this because of my hiper-active life!), Jack invites us to learn about ourselves and our spiritual awakening through personal and other people’s experiences.
I found this absolutely amazing, like the universe it self.

For you if you're already warm eith the dharma teachings, tried for some time (some years) to live by them. Jack cornfield brings down-by-earth insights, mostly through stories of others and himself. I value this highly, since I'm convinced, that we all need pictures of others on the way we'd aspire to walk.
