It all started when Jess met Lee, a 32 year old clean cut chap she just met who instantaneously took a liking of her. Jess is swooned by Lee, giving her lavish attentions. As she lives on with her fairy tale love life, the situation of that weird postings in Facebook would become darker. It's like she has only 18 months and she will die. How she will die, she would get clues from long messages/updates from her grieving Father and Sadie in FB and Messanger. And she would find out that her death was no accident. That her demise left behind Lee, as her husband and a child. Jess' child in the future. Another blow for her is that Lee, the guy she is currently dating and her husband in her future, has got something to do with her death. Determined, Jess would do whatever it takes to live in order to have and save her child that is to come in the future. The problem is.....love had blinded her. It was not until that she notices hints of Lee's other darkside. And that everything that Sadie's and her Father's FB posts are making sense slowly but surely as Jess and Lee got married and during her pregnancy. Jess knows the date she will die so she has to decide before its too late.
I must say, this is one of the few books that really impressed me and kept me hooked till the end. It grabbed me to be in the world of the characters and the story especially Jess's situation. As if she was given by a Higher Authority up there in the unverse to have a second chance at life by guiding her to change the future.
The story, in depth, backgrounds also about Domestic Violence. The psychological effects that is left to the victims who are women in the hands of abusive men. That it not only leaves horrifying traumas but could lead to tragedy and death.
A book I would recommend for those who are into Suspense-Psychological-Thrillers.
