I enjoyed listening to it, but will certainly have to redo it in a very focused manner and with rhe PDF on hand. The audio representation of all the diagrams at the side could be a bit improved from the current "See figure x in the PDF".

The reader has a horrible croaky voice, and reads in a choppy pattern that distracts from the content, as if she is reading it for the first time and surprised to find that there is a second half of the sentence.

While the content of the book is quite good and recommendable, the speaker might be not the type you like. This might be especially true if you are not a native English listener.

Good book, difficult speaker

short and straight to the point. great insights.
I have seen accurate descriptions of my past experiences and why they are wrong.
narration is good enough, considering it is the author, I typically enjoy this.
this is not a recipe book, though. you must absorb it and sleep over it. a good continuation could be how to convince your management, 🤣
