The book is well narrated and relatable to everyday life. The roles of women that go unrecognized and once they are absent the gap will be felt.

Almost perfect

I loved the story and the narrating and enjoyed it overall very much. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the pauses after the chapters were tiny, so that there was no second to let the last word of one chapter sit, before the next had already begun. That gave the whole experience more of a rushed experience…. Maybe that could be revised in a new edition?
Otherwise I liked it very much, so the changes would be worth it.

I love Lynn‘s train of thoughts and this was well conveyed by the narrator. I enjoyed listening to this book all through. It got me interested in learning about how the 2nd world war went for Americans. Thanks to everyone who made this possible.
