I enjoyed the story. The reader is pretty good, although the German sections are read weirdly, with the ie read like ei, but the effect is quite scary and fits the story.

Amazing book and perfect narration, I really enjoyed it. The German poem quotes, however, are barely comprehensible even for me as a native German speaker. He just completely butchered the pronounciation - looks like carelessness on the production side. But nevertheless, a great audio book!

Such a gritty and dark story. But full of humor and affection still. This is a really great novel, can only recommend!
