Sutton
Jasper’s been my best friend my whole life. From losing my family when I was young, to living together and running our business, it’s always been me and Jasp. I feel more for him than I should, but confessing the truth would be the first step to losing him.

Our lives are so entwined, it’s hard to tell where one of us ends and the other begins. It’s killing me more each day to be this close to him and not be able to call him mine, so when it hurts too much, the only choice is to walk away.

Jasper
My life is perfect. I have my family, my business, and my best friend. But when Sutton starts pulling away, everything changes, and it’s ripping me apart, forcing me to admit hard truths—that I feel different when he touches me; that I need him always by my side.

The thing is, I’m in love with Sutton, and apparently he feels the same. Loving Sutton is as easy as breathing, yet knowing my parents won’t accept us, not with all the backward things they raised me to believe, makes each day a struggle.

But one thing I know for sure—the world doesn’t make sense if Sutton and I aren’t together. We’ve had a million little moments to prove it. And to be the man he deserves, I have to fight for him, for us, and maybe that means fighting for myself too.

A Million Little Moments is a double bi-awakening, friends-to-lovers romance filled with first times, self-discovery, and two men destined to be together.

This book deals with themes of homophobia and contains homophobic language.

As some way remember, Jasper ist Sam's cousin and has had a minor role in the first book.
Jasper and Sutton have been best friends as long as they can remember and have gotten especially close after Stutton had lost his parents. And things hadn't changed since they grew up - they are as close as ever. They have their own business and live together. Jaspers parents are telling them again and again that they have to find some women and settle down. They each have fun with different women but they shy away from anything serious. Jasper doesn't really know why at first but Sutton finally has to admit to himself that he is in love with his best friend. He can only see one way out of this - to finally move out and get some distance. But when he tells Jasper, something changes. It makes Jasper think about all the little moments they had together which have been so much more than he'd thought. Realising that he is in love with Sutton doesn't make things easier. How can they be together when his parents would never approve? How can he be with a man when he doesn't know what to do or feel? How long can they hide their feelings in front of everyone? And how long will Sutton be patient with Jasper?

For me, this book was even better than the first. Jasper and Sutton have great chemistry and I loved the way they finally got together. It felt real and honest as they both experience their new found attraction to men together, giving each other the strength and safety to finally admit what they want and how they want it.
It was also nice to meet Sam, Emerson and Kerry again as well as Charles who might just be the protagonist in the next novel - at least I hope so! I can't wait!

Perfect best friends to lovers novel
