Leider sehr anstrengend zum Hören, da man ständig die Lautstärke neu einstellen muss, denn es wird immer wieder geflüstert, so dass man nichts versteht, ohne lauter zu machen oder geschrien, so dass man es durch 3 Zimmer hören kann, wenn man die Lautstärke nicht runterdreht. Dass ich persönlich die Stimmlage der Sprecherin nicht so toll und bei einzelnen Charakteren unangenehm penetrant finde, fällt unter "Geschmackssache".
Das Buch selbst ist toll, die Charaktere in sich schlüssig und die Wendungen der Geschichte nicht vorhersehbar. Hätte die Sprecherin des ersten Buches "A Lady's Guide To Fortune Hunting" dieses Hörbuch gesprochen, wäre es mein Lieblingstitel...

Tolles Buch, nervige Vertonung

Eine spannende Geschichte, die für meinen Geschmack auf der Text-Ebene zu lang gezogen, zu komplex, und am Ende zu platt ausgearbeitet ist; was ich schätze sind lustige, freundliche und erhebende Romanzen, wer auf komplex, bei unklarer Linie steht, ist hier richtig. Die Sprecher sind sehr gut, das Stück ist exzellent gespielt, die Charaktere werden authentisch und lustvoll gespielt. Die Performance der Sprecher ist mit Abstand eine der besten, denen ich begegnet bin. Von der Seite absolut zu empfehlen.
