But this seriously is the best performance of #JoeArden and #ShaneEast yet.
What a damn hot and loveable couple. I have no words. This book was everything. I could make a list of my favorite chapters, it's so many.

Also this was my first M/M book and it certainly wasn't the last. Not if Shane or Joe are included!

Thank you to Lauren for creating this masterpiece and all you do for the audio book fandom. And the characters are so multi-layered and struggle just like in real life. Love that it's set in London too. And I miss London so much.

I was looking for something easy to listen. It was a lovely story, but it got a bit too much for me in the end. Everything was very foreseeable and no surprises. If you are looking for a not too deep story that is very heavy on the romance, this is the right story for you 😄

Normally I listen to much darker books but this one stole my heart. It was sweet and, well, a bit predictable. Nonetheless I really enjoyed it and it made my heart jump. It's a good and happy-making book. All the narrators were amazing.

Wenn man es einfach und simpel nach ohne viele Ecken und Kanten dann ist das genau die richtige Geschichte.
Sprecher sind toll aus. Der Geschichte hätte man mehr Tiefe geben können

Great story, adorable characters, cream of the crop narrators, this goes into my all-time favourites folder to be enjoyed over and over again. And yeah, the spice is hot, the banter hilarious. I was smiling, smirking and fanning myself throughout! Totally recommend. You've GOT to listen to this! Thank me later!

If you want to hear men moan just watch porn. I mean, the voice acting is amazing, no doubt. In fact the outtakes are the best thing about this audiobook. But the story just feels forced, rushed and draged out at the same time.

The characters so very often mentioned great chemistry is excactly that: told instead of shown. Sure there is a nice quip or two, but mostly long passages of internal monologue in which the characters express the same feelings over and over again. Dean and Fitz are honestly no match to characters in other books that actually make you feel the chemistry through their dialogue and actions.
A lot of the key scenes were rather foreseeable and you could often immediately tell what was going to happen or what purpose that scene served in regards to progressing the plot.
There's pop culture references, that make me feel like the author is fangirling through the characters. It's used as a way of having the characters bond, but is only brought up in those instances and it's never mentioned before or after that both guys are fans of that specific franchise.
Overall it's an okay story I guess. Not worth a re-listen for me, I also didn't finish the last few chapters (just skipped through)
