So wirklich gepackt hat mich die Reihe leider erst am Ende des zweiten Teils, aber ich würde sie trotzdem nicht unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Auf der Tonspur der Sprecherin von Evangeline wirkte es so als hätte jemand anderes nachträglich über manche Tracks drüber gesprochen und die Stimmen der männlichen Charaktere fand ich teilweise komplett übertrieben, vor allem von Castor.

I couldn't connect at all with the male narrator. He makes the young male protagonists sound like some old, grumpy warlords. I don't understand why they added him instead of just sticking with the female narrator, who did again a brilliant job.
You can also tell which scenes might have been added later, because there's a noticeable change in audio quality that disrupts the storytelling. It seems as if the audio quality really dropped in the third book.
I liked the first and second book, the series as a whole relied heavily on its atmosphere, which was enjoyable in the first two books. But the third book fell really short even in that aspect.

Rebecca Soler was impeccable as usual, but the male narrator didn't work
for me at all.
Also, it is noticeable where scenes were probably re-recorded and added in, as the audio quality changes considerably, which kind of throws you of the story.
And don't get me started on the plot. This whole series was just vibes (which is also fine) but this 3rd book was a let down for me even in that regard. But if you wanna hear a book that's mostly about Apollo, then this is probably for you.
