In general I am very happy to have come across Chris Foxes advice. I also appreciate that the author does not drag the book into unnecessary length by digging into his personal live, but sticks with the essential. His opening up concerning his own path of success is brave and valuable too.
I would have liked to hear more about the editing sprint, as I do not see how you can improve content and style in a faster way then writing the first draft.

Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es in ein paar Minuten noch einmal.
Eine kurze Anleitung, mit welchen Tipps und Routinen man ein großes Schreibpensum schafft.
Ich habe mir das Audiobook geholt, um ggf. auf Dragon umzusteigen beim Schreiben und meinen Text eher einzusprechen (was bei mir statt 1k Worten je Stunde locker das Doppelte bis Dreifache rausholt, ist aber auch sehr Bearbeitungsintensiv).
Das Buch hat grobe Ideen gegeben und viele Tipps betreffen eher die allgemeine Schreibroutine, aber dennoch war es ganz nett.
