DRAGONS - MEET F1 RACING!

The full-throttle, fiery debut set in a rich new world of dragon racing - filled with scorching heat, breakneck speeds and white-knuckle thrills.

There has never been a female dragon rider in the Volitant Dragon Races. Until now.

Once, Lena’s flying talent promised a future for women in this thrilling, dangerous sport. But after a betrayal ended her chance for a racing career, Lena now works as a dragon keeper for the washed-up racing tyrant Thorne. Cherishing the close bond she has forged with Gottyk, Thorne’s racing dragon, Lena still yearns to fly - to race.

But when an accident takes Thorne out of action minutes from a race beginning, Lena sees a sudden, secret opportunity.

Put on Thorne's racing helmet, and take his place in Volitant.

A chance for her, and women riders everywhere, to seize their victory from the skies . . .

Recensies van critici

A thrilling new entry in the world of dragon riders! I rooted for Lena every step of the way and can't wait for book 2

Fiercely feminist, filled with high stakes, thrilling races, and characters you will be rooting for from page one. You won't want it to end!

Fast paced and super fun. F1 and dragons are a dynamic combination

This was such an original world … the real stand out was how Olivia wrote the dragons. Part horse, part cat, part dog. Still dangerous, still awe-inspiring

You're just… in it. On dragonback, cold air in your face, stomach dropping. The racing sequences are genuinely some of the most thrilling writing I've read in ages. This book is the real deal . . . 5 Stars, no notes, more please

From every dragon dive, twist, and turn, this book snatches you up and does not let go. An absolute thrill-ride from the very first page

Leider super monoton gelesen. Keine gute Betonung. Komische Pausen. Kann man viel zu leicht ausblenden und denkt sich dann was ist passiert? Alles wirkte irgendwie so "bäm bäm bäm" hier den Text in your face.. :-/
