Making It up as I Go Along
- Autor: Marian Keyes
- Sprecher: Aoife McMahon
- Spieldauer: 12 Std. und 49 Min.
You'll be wincing in recognition and scratching your head in incredulity, but like Marian herself you won't be able to stop laughing at the sheer delightful absurdity that is modern life - because each and every one of us is clearly making it up as we go along. She has wonderful and tickling words of advice for those fast approaching 50.

I think I gave up after an hour and a half or so. What a shame.
Guided Meditations with Katie
- Autor: Byron Katie Mitchell
- Spieldauer: 53 Min.
At the School for The Work, each day begins with a meditation. "Meditation is a word for being still and taking some time to notice the kindness and support of reality," Katie says.
These meditations are designed to help you notice your thoughts, even the angry, scary, and sad ones.

Although the title is meditations (in the plural)
the whole 54 minutes come as one track, one chapter.
While meditating I didn't notice any real separation between different meditations, they all blend together into one long one.
What is more, you are not properly guided back out of these meditations either, not even at the very end.
What brings you back to reality is the cheerful "audible hopes you've enjoyed this programme " at the end of the recording.
So guess who fell asleep and woke up with a start....
As much as I love Katie's "Loving what is ", this recording is a disappointment.
