Read the book, only when you plan to do why discovery soon. It's a how to guide. A good one. But I wasn't prepared for this. Might change my review when I do mine :)

I wasn't prepared for this level of religiousness/spirituality. But the agreements and the thoughts around them are pretty good and can be considered without being religious.

Nachdem ich die Grundprinzipien des Modells schon vorher kannte, war nicht viel neue Information dabei. Jedoch helfen die vorgestellten Methoden erheblich, um mit Dysfunktionen umzugehen.

It felt like a list of people explaining why you should use OKRs. I'd be more interested in the fundamental reasons, why they work. Not in a book that tries to sell me. The presented hard facts though were really interesting. If the book was shorter and contained only this information, I'd relisten to it more often.

Short, precise, with good examples. You can easily listen to it in one day. And you can regularly relisten to it. This is basically what the book tells us about our goals.
