little "science" too many anecdotes. while rethorically well delivered this is at best a coaching seminar with too many repetitions. under a different heading (not as a university level lecture) it would be acceptable or even good.

Since the end of World War II, groups such as the World Trade Organization, International Monetary Fund, World Bank, European Union, and G-20 have sprung up with a variety of missions, including promoting trade, ensuring financial stability, eradicating poverty, and advancing sustainable economic growth. Behind these worthy goals is the ultimate aim: preventing the kind of global economic instability that can easily lead to war.

the lecturer strays from the topic too often sometimes digressing into politics and general history - with a decided bias toward a neo liberal conservatism and a tendency towards proselytizing.
There is a decided lack in the description of the workings of the portraied organisations which is the part of the basis of science and some references sound weak and arbitrary (e.g. when he quotes a poll on confidence of business leaders as the only source to support an opinion that he admits goes against the majority of his colleagues).

Too many anecdotes and stories, not enough science. Entertaining but too long for that and definitely hardly qualifying as education on a university level (for high school possibly suited to promote the study of robotics in 8th or 9th grade but I would have been irritated if this would be served as a lecture in a university). Note that I do not doubt the competence or presentational skills of the lecturer only the selection of the course content).

The course contains numerous anecdotes and stories and would serve as a marketing instrument promoting interest in data analytics but there is by far not enough content to allow calling this even an entry level course. It could serve to interest 10th graders were it not so long winded.

A thorough understanding of Conservatism's lineage, principles, and impact on history is essential to making sense of the 21st-century political dialogue-a dialogue that consumes the television you watch, the newspapers you read, and the radio you listen to.No matter where you place yourself on the ideological spectrum, these 36 lectures will intrigue you, engage you, and maybe even provoke you to think about this political philosophy in an entirely new way.

During the Civil War, five Union soldiers and a dog quietly escape from the clutches of the Confederate Army at Richmond, Virginia by hot air balloon. Their intention was to simply drift safely over to the Union lines and rejoin their own troops. Instead, while aloft, they were caught in a high wind and whisked hundreds of miles out to sea. The men carried no provisions for survival and had no idea where they were. Under those circumstances their future was bleak. Worse yet, the balloon was leaking air and slowly deflating.
