best audiobook for team building.

Very valuable information. I can relly recomment to practice those principles. Especially the tools used. Holocracy and Ideocracy are the future of how organizations should be managed.

5 starts indeed

speaker is a bit unmotivated for this fresh approach...in the end the book's take away message is very simple: think out of the box. So not a life changer such as (GTD) but refreshing the idea with nice real life stories...altough i am not convinced by the term hustle will stick here...yet another trendy word just like growth hacking to positin itself on the market...

A lot of interesting stories but not convincing

The audiobooks repeats too many times the same points. Plus: No novelty and only scraching on the surface - tries to draw a line between good and great but doesnt take into account that reality is not black and white. Not for young Enterpreneurs or people on their Career path.
