I had expected to hear more abstract reflections on the idea of surrendering than this story gave. Disappointing and not worth to be bought

Good female writer on a woman's story from a female perspective. Not extraordinary bit interesting and also moving. Has the ring of truth
Recommmended.

Not really touching, not suspenseful, not adventurous. By far not dramatic. Alll the more a seemingly authentic account. But it's not educative or suited to prepare for one's own hike. Might be suitable as a nice backdrop during boring or strenuous hikes to keep the mind on something.

a mere blueprint of End of the world

The story gets better towards the end. But it's a series of clichés.
The speaker is not consistent in his use of character accents and often uses an Indian accent for Arabic or Welsh people. Oh well... But agreeable voice.

Not interesting, nothing new, no great audio perf

At best, this story serves as something to listen to, running in the background, whilst cleaning or suchlike. No suspense, not a thing if parts are missed. ....Just like a background noise. NOT with a buy at all!

Well performed, but tla totally cliché story

Nice to listen to because the characters become alive due to the speaker's good performance. As for the story, this audiobook is not with listening to: loaded with clichés and of course only the lawful, morally impeccable and all - beloved heroes are the winners. No psychology at all. Bad.

short, nothing special

It does make sense for itself but as such is not particularly gripping. mainstream and flat. Not worth a buy. Narrator has a nice but babylike voice

sudden end without either resolution nor interesting perspective; cheap remake of Romeo&Juliet without a modern edge; utterly mainstream; no suspense.

disappointing: recycling of already presented info

Braden here repeats what he has been saying in many many of his other writings. Little gain of information; too little. 😕
