An executive summary, not a book

Perhaps worth the price for someone new to the concept of Growth Hacking as an audio executive summary. Not enough content or depth in this one to call it a book or price it as such on Audible, though.

Marketing Vehicle Filled With Anecdotal Shallow Fluff

The author provides zero unique insights and all arguments presented anecdotal. At the end it becomes clear it's nothing more than a marketing vehicle, and a poor one at that, for an online product he is trying to peddle.

To boot, the narration is annoying.

Avoid.

Probably great content, performance renders it near insufferable to listen

It sounds like the narrator has put a bucket on his head and unfortunately it is additionally read in a staccato fashion making each and every sentence sound exactly the same. Not the quality level I'd expect from an Audible audiobook.

A bit dated, boring narrator

Not really containing any hot revelatory news but a good read for a techno-positivistic perspective on the future.

The book would not suffer by leaving out the lengthy plugs for the X-Prize and Singularity University and all sorts of course pitches.

The performance of the narrator is a bit dull and monotonous.

The narrator has no emotional connect to what he's reading and the quality of the recording is unprofessional. It sounds like it was recorded in someone's bathroom.
