Great book. It opened my eyes on many developments I have been noticing without really paying attention. It’s inspiring as to what opportunities lie ahead. I very much liked the balanced approach between risks and opportunities related to the ‘new’ technologies.

This book is unfortunately a waste of time: first the reader Is terrible and I was even wondering it that was not a computer. The book is focused for UK business and not CEO. So that should be specified. Finally the data is quite old, the latest information is from 2008.

I used to hear that investing time in social networking has no short term benefit. David Meetman Scott, who I met during Business Mastery in London, explains the key aspects of the commitment to the public, the education of the market and the innovation that any business leader has to implement in order to get called for business rather than waste money in advertising for growth. Definitely a book to read / hear more than once.

Full of information and insights, but difficult to focus while walking. The book is very well documented, with practical examples of the body positions that reveal the real thought of the interviewee. But this book needs to be heard again and again. It is very useful for sales people ...like me!

If I have one sentence to remember from this book, that would be this one : you have 24 hours in a day, if you only work 8 hours, what do you do the remaining time?" That is what illustrates the essence of Arnold's philosophy: optimize every day's time and go beyond your limits. From his childhood in the Second World War, to his passion for body building, then his move to Hollywood and then politics, his life is fascinating and the voice in the audio book is close to Arnold's tone. Great book to listen again and again.

Elon Musk wants to change the world. He first changes the mindset and raise the standard in traditional industries such as banking, transport and aerospace, then he leaves no space to mediocrity. Clearly one of the most inspiring book of this year !

As a former editor for a communist newspaper, Martin Jacques shows clearly his optimism on China and his pessimism on the western world. If the book is clearly a good introduction to China, it does not show the main problems that china needs to overcome such as an ageing population, a huge impact of the pollution on public health and GDP, the increase of import of raw material and growing dependence on imported food and finally the internal war in the communist party. For a beginner it is a good overview but for a specialist of the country this book does not bring much value and insight.
