Den Prozess so durchzuführen ist hochinteressant und hoch wirkungsvoll. Ich habe nicht mal den ganzen Prozess beispielhaft durchgemacht und spüre jetzt schon eine deutliche Verbesserung. Ich liebe es ihr zuzuhören, da sie eine wirklich schöne Sprechstimme hat und sie einen in den Bann zieht. Man kann absolut entspannt und gespannt lauschen. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen finde es toll!
