À propos de ce titre

A Savannah florist is about to score the wedding of a lifetime—one that will solidify her career as the go-to-girl for society nuptials. Ironically, Cara Kryzik doesn't believe in love, even though she creates beautiful flower arrangements to celebrate them. But when the bride goes missing and the wedding is in jeopardy, Cara must find the bride and figure out what she believes in. Maybe love really does exist outside of fairy tales after all.

Told with Mary Kay Andrews's trademark wit and keen eye for detail, mark your calendars for Save the Date!

Avis de la critique

“Narrator Kathleen McInerney's perky voice and sweet tone engage listeners with this light summer read. Beautiful florist Cara Kryzik has had a run of bad luck, but true love and the chance to be the "go-to" florist for the wealthy brides of Savannah are there--just out of reach. McInerney easily transitions between the voices of determined Cara; her brusque father; hunky Jack Finnerty, her love interest; and Bert, her flighty and funny assistant. A great listen for a day at the beach or a rainy day curled up on a couch.” —AudioFile on Save the Date

“Narrator McInerney reads in a lively tone bringing both empathy and humor and flawlessly delivering fun character voices. This entertaining chick lit/romance is perfect for a lazy summer at the beach.” —Publishers Weekly

I enjoyed this book a lot, even if it is a "shallow womans-book". It is a very nice love story, written in picturesque language, so that listening felt for me like being part of the story.
