Die Protagonisten sind toll, die Geschichte ist angenehm nebenbei zu hören und es handelt sich mal nicht um die Geschichte einer jugendlichen Liebe.
Sehr romantisch, zeigt aber auch, dass es Geduld braucht zu Lieben.
Die Sprecherin ist wie gewohnt einwandfrei.

It’s a beautiful ending to a beautiful series!! Not too cheesy because you see the characters grow and understand their past and what made then who they are but also how their partners too have their own stories and both together help each other overcome their own difficulties and grow stronger together! Plus the epilogue is exactly what I was going for after the series came to be end.

Alles wird zusammengeführt in dieser finalen Story. Denn auch der 48jährige findet die Richtige. Man erfährt viel Schreckliches aus der Vergangenheit, das bis heute schmerzt und noch viel mehr. Aber die Survivors halten zusammen und nehmen Dora in ihre Gemeinschaft auf. Es ist schön, dass auch von den anderen Details des Lebens erwähnt werden, so ist die Story ohne Lücken und doch mit Neuigkeiten gespickt.
Hörgenuss schafft Rosalyn Landor in bewährter Weise. Empfehle ich gern, vor allem kostenlos im Abo 👍🏻

I was delighted to get this book, the final book in the Survivors Club series. At last we get George’s story. The man who helped all the others recover from war injuries and trauma finally finds personal happiness, but first he has to work through some issues of his own that none of his friends know about. Another beautifully written and well conceived tale by Mary Balogh.
