À propos de ce titre
Briar Moss and his fellow mages-in-training Sandry, Tris, and Daja, have faced earthquakes, pirates, and fire. But their greatest challenge is still ahead. It comes in the unexpected form of a disease, a devastating plague that is ravaging the citizens of Emelan.

Soon the four youngsters are enlisted in the city's desperate attempt to find a cure, an effort that will require all their courage and all their skill, magical and otherwise. But the source of the plague is stranger than anyone has guessed, and the courage that will be required of Briar before all is ended will be even greater than anyone could have imagined.

Description par Audible

Pierce's Circle of Magic series follows four young mages-in-training and their adventures at Winding Circle Temple. In this fourth and final book of the series, the former street thief named Briar Moss uses his magical talents and his understanding of herbs to find a cure for the fever that has infected his friends. Author Pierce works well with the cast, narrating the story as the young actors play the disciples at Winding Circle. Karam Anthony reads the part of Briar, while Katie Reed, Carmen Viviano-Crafts, and Gabrielle Barry-Caulfield play his three telepathically linked classmates. Although this is the last of the Circle of Magic series, the characters will return in Pierce's Magic Steps series.
