DELUXE EDITION, featuring a never-before-heard bonus chapter!

From New York Times bestselling author J.T. Geissinger comes Ruthless Creatures, a scorchingly hot mafia romance about two people bound together by a debt that must be collected. No matter the cost. This program features multicast narration.

Five years ago, my fiancé disappeared. He left me with a wedding dress I’d never wear. Left me with the kind of scars that can’t be healed. The man I built my future on vanished like a ghost. All that remained were my broken heart and a million unanswered questions.

Until a mysterious stranger arrives in town.

Tall, dark, and dangerous, Kage is as full of secrets as he is sex appeal. Though I know he’s hiding something, I’m drawn to him like a moth to flame. Heat crackles between us with every look, desire flares into passion, and I fall hard, helpless to resist.

But then I discover he’s been sent to collect on an unpaid debt from my missing fiancé....

And that debt is me.

Ein besonderes Erlebnis haben mir die beiden Sprecher und ihre Darstellung geboten. Die Geschichte hat ein paar Ecken und kanten, aber allem in allem sehr hörenswert

The voice acting is great and elevates this audiobook to great,
The story itself is a great mixture of cosy small town romance, mafia dark romance and a good portion of absurd humour. I was loving a lot.
The tinyst criticism is that some chapters seem unfinished like they are at a late stage draft but need some finishing touches. The feeling doesn’t occur in all chapters so it is even more evident in the chapters at hand.
The characters are adorable (however Kage is definitely a man written by a woman) and I am looking forward to get to know more about Sloane in the next book.
This audiobook is highly recommended

Great Voice acting, nice Story that feels somehow unfinished
