On the day we choose our wedding rings, my fiancé vanishes into thin air.

My fiancé brought me tea and scrambled eggs in bed that morning, and we snuggled together, talking about buying our rings, and about our perfect wedding next year.

Die Charaktere sind wenig überzeugend und es gibt keine wirkliche Spannungskurve. Man wartet, dass noch ein Twist kommt, vergeblich.

Die ganze Story hingegen leider etwas flach und super langatmig… habs trotzdem zu Ende gehört, einfach weil die Sprecherin wirklich angenehm und gut war und ich doch wissen wollte, wie es ausgeht. War etwas enttäuschend, alles in allem.

The story was excellently read which made up for the at times slow story development and the rather unlikable characters. They all seemed rather selfish and their only concerns were men and wine. The plot was somewhat unrealistic at times. I did want to find out what happened so I listened to the end. It was ok.

the happiness of all the women in the story seemed to depend on whether they had a man or not. Also the dialogue was weak and the friendships and side stories were not credible. The interactions were not authentic.
