Definitely not a read for the light hearted. I turned me sick at times to stomach these horrors. You may feel a bit better for the author also shows the strength victims can still hold. And the story between Darius and Grey is unbelievably unique, even tender at times. Careful, this book will stay with you for quite a time. Caught myself thinking on many occasions about it. I fear that as all this can be imagined by a author, there are plenty of people out there already with sinister brains and the means to go beyond imagination. And I shudder.

Es war sehr schwer dem Mann zuzuhören. Die gleichförmige, langweilige Art zu reden, setzt keine Akzente und macht das Zuhören wirklich schwer. Vor allem ist es extrem langweilig und das ist bei so einer tollen Geschichte sehr schade.
