Greetings: I'm a columnist (humor, mostly), a cartoonist, a cat lady and a novelist. A few weeks ago I posted my "women's contemporary fiction" novel: Talking to the Moon. This book was originally titled Phantom Baby, but when the publisher's contract ran out I decided to add some new material and give it a new title. In the past, readers had asked if Phantom Baby was sci-fi. It is not. It's a triple-A novel about adultery, addiction, and abduction. And, believe it or not, it's also funny. Iris Camuso, age 40 is abandoned by her husband and teenage daughter. When said husband moves in with a sexy bartender, Iris becomes a stalker. She loses all confidence in herself and makes desperate attempts to salvage some self-respect. Her story is startling yet believable. If you read Talking to the Moon and like it, I'd love a review! Please get in touch and thank you for your interest.
