As an author, Sebastian has published several papers in journals such as: Consulting Psychology Journal: Practice and Research; Journal of Leadership, Accountability and Ethics; OD Practitioner; Psychology; Open Journal of Depression; American Journal of Applied Psychology; Clinical Psychiatry; and World Journal of Psychiatry Mental Health Research. He has also authored three book chapters, and sole-authored a book published in 2017 – 'Leadership Results: How to Create Adaptive Leaders and High-performing Organisations for an Uncertain World', John Wiley & Sons.
