Martha Taylor has always intended to spend her life helping people. This led her to a career as a medical dietician, specializing in kidney disease related issues and ailments. She hopes to help people avoid the worst-case scenarios when it comes to managing their renal problems through diet, and her recipes are all backed by her twenty-five years of experience in the field. She completed her degree at Arizona State University. While she hopes people can discover the joys of eating healthy, she absolutely doesn't expect anyone to sacrifice taste for health. Her mouthwatering dishes are sure to please while promoting healthy eating habits that can last a lifetime. Martha is married to her wonderful husband--who was diagnosed with type-one diabetes when he was a small child--and together they have three wonderful children and two adorable grandchildren. They live with their dog Coco in sunny California, the same town Martha was born in. When she's not writing, Martha can be found researching, making up and trying new recipes, reading, and taking long walks with her husband and Coco. They spend as much time with family as they can and enjoy healthy family potlucks every other week. Martha has spent her life teaching others the importance of eating right--life's too short to waste!
