My name is Luis Gonçalves I am an Entrepreneur, Author, Keynote Speaker,Blogger and Management Consultant. I spent most of my career helping organizations become more Agile with different roles in different organizations. After successfully selling my agile consulting company shares in past, I founded Evolution4All, a fast-growing management consulting company. Evolution4all is focused on creating executives that are highly effective, efficient and rewarded. I am able to work with all different layers of the organization making myself and my company a perfect partner for any organizational transformation. My competitive advantage is the ability to communicate with everyone in the organization from software developers up to executive managers. I spent the beginning of my career in Nokia where I learned the hard way that for a company to survive, it´s not enough to be Agile at the engineering level, but also at the business level. I am dedicated to helping executives to build organizations that are able to survive and flourish in any market conditions.
