Pioneering Professor of Being On-Purpose; Strategist, Business Owner, Author

Purpose pulses in the core of our being. It is our sustaining source of energy and meaning. Since the late 1980s, I have been helping individual and organizations harness the power of purpose to be on-purpose. My collective works are known as ON-PURPOSE®.

Be the forefront of your life, career, or business. By originating and sharing forward-thinking leadership and strategy ideas and methods, you can meaningfully align your life to be on-purpose. Next, you can integrate your purpose into your work, relationships, and business — your life decisions. On-Purpose provides simple-to-understand models and easy-to-apply methods so results happen early in the learning curve and only get better as you gain competency.

For example, do you wonder, “What is my purpose in life?” Using the “ONPURPOSE.me” tool you can discover your life purpose in just 2 words in under 3 minutes. Once you stop searching for purpose, you can re-invest your time into being on-purpose.

Feeling lost about what you should do? Use the “Want List and Tournament” method and tools described in “The On-Purpose Person” to set goals and clarify your top priorities. Speed out of your darkness into the light.

Looking for a life, career, or business plan? The Service Model, found in “The On-Purpose Business Person,” taps into your innate desire to serve and provides you the 6 essential layers any plan needs to succeed long term. Ideal for entrepreneurs!

What’s wrong with big business? The CEO-system of management is obsolete, and we’re all paying the price! Talented people like you are burning out, wanting out, and checking out of corporate life. It really sucks to sell your soul! “Chief Leadership Officer” disrupts the CEO-system and maps how The On-Purpose Principle (the purpose of the person and the purpose of the organization) is the beginning of a much-needed business reform.

These examples are just four of the many leading-edge principles and practices intended to help you to be on-purpose.
