AUTHOR

Kate Johnston

Kate Johnston was raised in rural New York State and spent most of her time outdoors. Some of her best memories consist of camping with her sisters and listening to their Dad tell stories by a crackling fire. The apple didn't fall far from the tree, of course, and it wasn't long before Kate took on storytelling herself. Cultivating her own forest of fiction in no time at all.

After years of creative writing and a life-changing nomination as a finalist for the Killer Claymore Award, Kate ripped off the kid gloves and started writing for real. Knowing then that it was where she belonged. Among worlds of her own making, and imaginary characters that somehow became like friends. With twists, turns, and moments of sweetness, Kate's words will carry you off into another dimension, as you walk the paths within each adventure. Making friends with imaginary people along the way.

All of Kate's work is entirely her creation. She strongly opposes the use of generative AI.
