Jackson Destine Jr

Jackson Destine, Jr. — known as JD Money — is the author of Leader Crap: Conviction, Reliability, Action, Principles, a memoir and playbook for leading anyway.

His leadership was forged in real life: as president of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity's Mu Epsilon chapter, which he led to chapter awards; as a youth mentor; and through the setbacks that taught him to get back up. His CRAP framework — Conviction, Reliability, Action, Principles — gives readers leadership without the fluff.

Jackson holds a B.S. in Business Management from Florida State University. He is also a recording artist, JD Money, and speaks on resilience, accountability, and principled leadership.

He lives in Tallahassee, Florida.
