Dominic Eldred-Earl

Dominic Eldred-Earl exists at the intersection of high-frequency communication and the "Quiet Science" of human connection.

By day, he navigates the frantic world of event production, booking world-class speakers for global stages. A role that requires managing a constant stream of "urgent signals" and "short-term gratification".

His true commitment lies in the study of homeostasis and human rest. As a trainee cuddle therapist and facilitator of "cuddle movies"and attendee and assistant at "cuddle workshops", Dominic has dedicated many hours to understanding how the human nervous system shifts from "fight and flight" to a state of Quiet Alignment. Whether offering free hugs on the street or leading deep-pressure relaxation workshops, his work is centered on providing permission to depart from the noise of the modern world.

Dominic lives in Bristol, in the UK, where he continues to explore the technical and emotional architectures that allow the body to remember how to rest.

Dominic is also available to book for financial wellbeing talks.
