Hey there! I'm originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, and I moved to sunny, hot San Bernardino, California. Armed with a Master's degree in Psychology: Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University, CA, I've spent years helping people as a counselor. Now, I'm excited to reach even more people through my writing! Whatever I write, though, you can bet it'll dive into those tricky psychological issues we all face. I like to keep things casual but informative—kind of like chatting with a friend who happens to know a lot about psychology! My goal?
