So I've read all 3 books and I'm happy I did. I am not happy about the way the story was told by the author because Angela came across as a but of an a$$hole, but overall it was interesting.
Book 1 had me curious, Book 2 annoyed the crap out of me and Book 3 made it right.
My question is why did the author introduce Connor as a half interested spy. There was no indication that he was really interested in Angela. He knew who she was before he met, yet he maintained perfect control. Then he forces her to leave and stays away under the instruction of Marie.... Difficult to process.... I found it difficult to understand ....
All in all it ended well and everything was explained, but it was a difficult read.
Did I enjoy it? Not really.... I just had to satisfy my curiosity. Not horrible but not satisfying.
