I enjoy perusing these type of books, and I found the content enjoyable, but did not like it on the Kindle. It appears they just scanned the two page layout, and the type is much too small in this format. Double clicking on it to enlarge each page was inconvenient and I still did not find it comfortably large. Don't buy it in Kindle..it will only encourage this type of ebook publication!
This short book is outstanding in providing insight and reminders to charging (or recharging) the human battery. The author presents his material in short one or two page messages/explanations. The title of the book is somewhat misleading. In summary the book is essentially about pursuing and maintaining happiness in life, and the content is presented in an excellent manner with rich substance. This is one of the books you read in your life that you will want to keep nearby to read over and over. Just as people need advice and reminders on exercise and diet, along with reinforcement repetition, people also need helpful reminders and advice on charging the human battery and reaching and/or maintaining happiness. It is also an excellent book for managers and executives to enhance their leadership skills. This book is that good.
I highly recommend this book. It's small but is written so well and contains so much wisdom--50 Ways to motivate yourself. #11 starts out with a quote from Leo Tolstoy, "The key to success in life is using the good thoughts of wise people." That describes what this book is all about.
