i adored this series. i’m so mad at myself for putting off listening to it for so long, i started the first book a year ago and didn’t finish it because im not a fan of the fake boyfriend trope usually, but i absolutely love joel leslie so i was a little disappointed back then. a few days ago i decided to give it a try bc i usually fall back on joel’s narrations whenever i want some comfort and im so glad i did! i’m very happy with how this turned out and im super glad that most of the spicy scenes weren’t described in heavy detail since im asexual myself and sex scenes usually make me cringe hard - definitely a plus in my book!
