Very good, fundamental and applicable thoughts by Eli and Efrat Goldratt. How to think clearly and solve wrong assumptions, leasing to resolved conflicts and better solutions.

It's written as a dialogue between Efrat and her father Eli. That is a classic form of Socratian dialogue. You either like it or you don't. The "thinking" and real- life examples helped me understand and follow better.

Just don't know why they chose a male narrator for a book written/ published and told by a woman!?

Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es in ein paar Minuten noch einmal.
I stopped after about two thirds. By then, there was exactly one interesting thought that I had noted down. Otherwise, this book mostly felt like rambling to me. The examples provided are endlessly long. Quite honestly, I couldn't even tell you what the book is actually about or what the title refers to.
On top of that, there is Goldratt's demeanor off him being smarter than everyone else. Constantly suggesting that he is "not a genius" but then behaving as he sees himself as exactly that doesn't make it better.
This book was not for me.
