It just doesn’t click with me. The female narrator is annoying. Yes, the book is about sex, but that doesn’t mean she has to talk like she’s constantly trying to turn the listeners on. It makes the whole thing feel kind of ridiculous. I also don’t connect with the characters at all. I don’t find anyone likable. Not even the cat has personality.

I stopped at chapter 9.
