habe so oft lachen müssen und ewig mitgefühlt. die Sprecherin war so überdimensional gut, das hat den fast ständig wimpernden Ton des männlichen Sprechers wieder gut gemacht. Zum Ende hin fand ich ihn nicht mehr ganz so schlimm. Aber die Sprecherin... Wahnsinn. Und das Buch genauso. Habe lange gezögert wegen dem Klischee usw. Aber hat mich direkt mitgenommen.

Nicht hörbar, vor allem der männliche Sprecher ist so schlecht, dass es quasi nicht hörbar ist. Noch nie einen derart schlechten Sprecher gehört. Auch die weibliche Sprecherin ist nicht toll. Hat das kein Redakteur mal Probe gehört?! So schade, dass wird Ali H. nicht gerecht.

Chef‘s kiss for this wonderful performance and truly lovely story by the voice actress & author respectively.
I‘ve binged most of Ali Hazelwood‘s books as an audio experience and this one hold its own against her other ones - without question.

The ending isn‘t surprising, to be sure, however, the witty banter, the slight twists & turns, the endearing ensemble of background characters - some of which are just a delight to meet again - backdropped against a destination wedding going wrong in Sicily (not the FMC or MMC getting married) is just … enchanting.

I am certain though that Elizabeth Lamont’s stellar audio performance made the story even better. It felt like listening to a very talented friend animatedly telling me a detailed story. A truly immersive experience. Thank you!
