As always L.B. and the narrators don’t disappoint. Worth a listen, as it is a cute story.

Got hooked within the first minutes and couldn´t let go. But it´s mostly because of one of my 2 favourite narrators; SAHNE EAST! His voice just compares to melted chocolate on your ears. ENJOY!

Die Geschichte ist kurzweilig und nett. Ich habe bereits ein anderes Hörbuch der Autorin gehört und auch wenn sich beide ähneln fand ich es gut. Ist ja bei vielen Autoren in dem Sektor ähnlich.
Ach ja, als Info weil da das nicht jeder mag: Es gibt ein paar Sexszenen ;) (aber nicht viele)

Der männliche Sprecher wurde von anderen kritisiert, aber ich mag ihn und finde er macht seine Sache gut. Und vor allem verstehe ich sein Englisch gut und freue mich zwischendrin mal kein amerikanisches Englisch zu hören. ;)

I loved this story! The characters were vibrant, Stella is super sweet and the man she falls in love with after a disaster of a long-term relationship where her boyfriend leaves her to marry her best friend and then invite her to the wedding, is just the perfect book boyfriend everyone dreams of. of course, it isn't all straight forward but things fall nearly into place for an unpredictable HEA. The narrators were brilliantly performing, too, and their British accents are particularly sexy and charming.

Schade um eine - an sich - ganz nette Liebesgeschichte. Der männliche Sprecher versucht in den erotischen Szenen die Stimme von Stella, der Hauptfigur, zu imitieren und klingt dabei einfach nur lächerlich, so dass ich mehrmals einfach nur herzlich lachen musste. Ich mag diese Art von Geschichten an sich gerne, diese kann ich aber leider gar nicht empfehlen.
