Über diesen Titel

At 17 Haley is involved in a mule riding accident in the Grand Canyon. While recovering in the hospital she befriends her dying roommate, Ruby Redhook. Ruby is a transvestite punk hooker. Before she was Ruby Redhook she was a man, and a Marine. During her tour of duty her legs were blown off. After that she decided life was too short and embraced whom she was meant to be.

When Ruby succumbs to her illness she begins haunting Haley’s legs. Haley has no choice but to obey her possessed limbs. Soon her legs start strutting around, taking her to unseemly parts of town. They refused to wear loose pants. They only liked hot pants, tight pants. They pick up strangers and invite them into Haley’s bed. After bedding several local bands Haley has to get away from the town. She moves to the city where she begins work at a bar. There Ruby picks up Ace, a local metalhead, and all-around horrible person.

Pretty soon Haley can’t stand it anymore and tells Ace everything, hoping he’ll think she’s insane and leave her alone. It just makes him like her more. Ace decides to help Haley out and introduces her to a black magician named Scott, who channels Ruby Redhook’s spirit out of Haley’s legs and into a dead cat, where she’ll be imprisoned for all time.
