I’ve had this series on my TBR for a while and finally dove in. I skipped the first book (Praise) since that particular kink isn’t my thing, and honestly, the reviews for the later books were stronger.

I’m a sucker for the forbidden-trope, and Eyes on Me delivered on that. Garrett was a complex, layered MMC—his teasing and banter with Mia were spot-on. You don’t fully understand why he’s been the way he is for the past ten years until the end, and once you do… you just want to hug him. The spicy banter was well done.

Mia was a solid FMC—confident, yet with a vulnerability that made her decade-long infatuation with Garrett feel believable. I did lose a bit of connection with her toward the end when she started working at the club, though.

Narrated by Jeffrey Kafer & Heather Costa: The narration was fine—not a standout, but still good.

The speaker of the FMC talks a bit fast and sometimes with a awkward voice, but the story as such is amazing and sexy! I definitely recommend this hearbook.

Auch Band 2 konnte mich überzeugen! So gut geschrieben, dass man sich alles bestens vorstellen kann! Die Entwicklung und die Dynamik zwischen den Charakteren ist spannend zu verfolgen und die Geschichte viel wertiger als man denken würde wenn man Themen wie „Camgirl“ oder „Sexclub“ liest. Ich hatte kaum Erwartungen an die Reihe und inzwischen ist die Clique des SPL mir so sympathisch und ich werde definitiv auch den Rest der Hörbücher von der Autorin anhören! 5/5 🌶️…
Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es von mir hier nur weil ich mir das Ende etwas anders vorgestellt hätte, aber das würde spoilern wenn ich es näher beschreibe.
