This audiobook is an experience. The duet narration by Teddy Hamilton, Sophie Eastlake, and Rex Rhys elevates the story immensely. Teddy Hamilton, in particular, completely stole the show—his performance especially in the final chapters was jaw-dropping and made Embry’s confession incredibly powerful and satisfying.

Story-wise, I loved finally getting Embry’s POV and the added context from the “before” chapters, which helped clarify his history with Ash. While I struggled with Ash’s god complex and some ill-timed kink scenes, the emotional payoff at the end—especially after the twist—made everything click.

Not the love I hoped for, but a gripping, emotional listen that shines brightest in audio.
