Ein spannenses Sachbuch und ...
... als Höhepunkt sehr anstrengend da die vielen Beispiele besser optisch aufgenommen werden.
... die Zusammenfassung pro Kapitel vom übrigen Lesestil nicht sehr Unterschiedlich gestaltet sind
... wirklich konzentriertes Hören verlangt.
... nur als Begleiter für Laufstrecken die sehr sehr gut gekannt werden und daher wenig Ablenkung bieten.

high quality, but too lengthy
Thinking fast and slow is a great audio book, with good narration, understandable facts and examples, giving the reader/listener guided insight into conscious and unconscious decision making. It is, however, too lengthy in my opinion, so that I just wanted to get it done with in the last third of the book. I hope this is helpful.

A very informative book about yourself
Was hat Ihnen am allerbesten an Thinking, Fast and Slow gefallen?
This book shows things about the human thought processes that we tend to forget.
Speaking of Thinking, Fast and Slow:
She is always judging others by their looks. I think I should introduce her to "Thinking, Fast and Slow" clearly she is not listening to her System 2.
He always has a favorite student in his classes. Maybe he is suffering from the Halo Effect. I know what book I will gift him for his birthday...

Anschauliche und Praktikabel
Anschauliche und zum Teil praktikable Darstellung über die menschliche Entscheidungsfindung und ihre Tücken. Die Menge an wissenschaftlich gestützten Erkenntnissen ist enorm und evtl überwältigend, läd jedoch zum nachschlagen ein!

Interesting and insightful
I have no bad word to say, interesting and makes one reflect on his own actions and decisions. Would recommend to listen with 100% attention and not "in between stuff".
The narrator matches the tone perfect to which is spoken.

Long 'read', but worth it
Daniel Kahneman has managed to gather extreme amounts of data on the difference between expected rational decisions and the behaviour people show. The examples are described so vividly that they are easily imageable. It is a long read, but I found it worthful. Patrick Egan's voice is fairly easy to listen to, although I would have liked it to be a bit more lively (maybe a tad faster)
