beautifully written, beautifully narrated
it was a beautifully written story about Endings and New beginning, finding yourself, loss and grief. broken hearts and guilt. self doubt and empowerment. I really felt for both MCs. the one thing this is not is a romance. there are romance elements and even some steam and a HEA. but the romance was not the central theme of this story and I did not buy into it. until the very end it read as a rebound affair between the 2 MCs. the heroine was thinking about the ex all the time: about how much she missed him, how much she loved him how she struggled to let the relationship go. So since her mind was occupied with her ex there was liitle room for our hero here. still i do recommend. I Highlights so many lines bc it was really so beautifully written. Ms Steiner does know how to work her words. As for the narration: for me there is a reason why j. Arden and S. Rose are among the elite of narrators.

A story of true happiness and forgiving one's self
This is not just an ordinary love story for me. But a whole lot more than that. A novel that will bring home a lot of important lessons about love, life, forgiveness and letting go. A must read for those who want their heartstrings be strung. Beautifully crafted and written.
