This easy-to-follow Hatha yoga class is suitable for those with some experience of yoga. This class has been devised and recorded by Sue Fuller a leading yoga professional to relax, tune, and re-energize both body and mind.
The class begins with a guided relaxation, which is then followed by 17 postures, including Cobbler, Variations of Downward Facing Dog, Dancer/Tree, and a Half bridge, before concluding with a longer relaxation.
The class instructions are mixed with a relaxing background music track that sets a mood perfect for yoga. A printable PDF guidebook, which highlights the easy-to-follow instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture accompanies this class.
